I am a freelancer for almost 3 years and had plenty of experience in data entry, social media management in FB and IG including adding leads, sending messages, comments, and posting to their account, conducting administrative and virtual assistant tasks. And also has an experience in a Customer Service environment, my tasks are answering incoming calls from customers and also doing some cold callings, tracking their info, and solving their queries using Zendesk.
